Hi Shawn. What exactly are you looking at in the VIN decode to confirm CIC or NBT (or in fact CHAMP 2) MY NBT equipped car has options 609 Navigation System Professional and 6NK Connectivity Bluetooth And Usb Devi. My daughters CIC equipped car has 663 Radio Bmw Professional. Does this tell you for sure which is which, or are you putting the VIN into something like esys to see which module it has. Thanks David
