All of the 18" designs we sell will clear the factory 370mm brake kits, but the clearances are quite tight especially on the Flow-Formed ARC-8 design on the barrel side of the caliper. We recommend paying close attention to the wheel weight placement when tires are mounted and balanced to ensure the weights are placed out of the path of the brake calipers on the front wheels or all of the wheels if you will be rotating wheels between the front and rear axles. Most wheel and tire shops can accommodate this request and should already be prioritizing brake clearance when mounting weights anyway.

I would recommend our 18x9 ET30 square fitment for your F31. These wheels are an excellent rotatable option that will fill your fenders while still being a direct fit. Here are some notes about the fitment pulled from our fitment guide:

Front & Rear: 18x9” ET30/31 with 245/40-18 tires

- 255/35-18 tires may also be used. These may poke at stock ride height/alignment settings.
- 255/40-18 tires may also be used but may rub depending on ride height and tire brand. Front negative camber and rolled rear fenders may be required.
