Now after I installed this instead of the 'pshhh' sound I get a really nice 'stututu' when I do the revving after starting it, I also get it when at high RPMs barely. I understand it is not "supposed" to happen and I know what it is but my question is how can I make it do what it does when I start the car happen even after that 10 seconds.
I basically want to know how to keep it spooling and blowing off in neutral like it does when I start the car.

It could be due to the cold start but otherwise, that's completely normal. As for the flutter, that's also normal on the DV+ and is not an issue as it's low pressure and there no negative effects from it. If you want to hear it, you'll just need to put the car under load, no other way around it. |
You know how evos and subarus rev in neutral and you can hear their turbos spool and flutter. How can they do it when theres no load?
