Im guessing that teaston 's remapped car that takes it to torque beyond manufacturers declared tolerances, is both technically unwarrantied and uninsured!

As he suggested, best thing he can do is keep quiet about it.......or post a picture of a 0-60 launch control of 3.9 seconds on the largest BMW forum in the UK!

Probably only declared 8,000 miles a year to BMW and the insurance companies as well. It's one thing to legally take advantages of loopholes, this is a totally different level to that......
