Well every ad we watch or read in the media will have the consumer believe that BMW is a luxury machine so I think it is completely fair that if the car includes faults and or mechanisms that are perceived to be gimmicks by the consumer that plunks down 50 or 150 or whevr can use the luxury label used by bmw itself.
