I have been experimenting with different foot positions while shifting. Question: when you depress the clutch pedal, do you plant your heel on the floor mat? Or do you have your foot floating in the air? How about when releasing the pedal? Release with heel dragging on the floor mat? Heel pivoting on the floor mat to release the clutch with your foot alone? Some combination of releasing with foot and leg? What is the proper clutching method?
