Seeing as BMW has recommended oil changes every 12 months for all MY2014 models in North America, I wonder why they have not made the same recommendations in the UK (or other EU countries)?

Has anyone raised this with their dealers? The Technical Service Bulletin Number is B000113, Attachment 5.

I am keen to get 12 month oil changes as it will maximise what I paid for the Service Inclusive package.
