Yeah absolutely. Anything with any sort of tint is going to reduce the light output. I have the Adaptive LCI LED headlights which I feel still are bright enough. No complaints on the brightness of the lights.
When I decide to take the tint off Ill do it at night and one side at a time for comparison sake.
