I had the same issue. Took it back, they bled it, they confirmed that it was still soft and spongey. They then bled it again, then checked the bearings that they replaced in doing the work, turned out the replacement bearings were not right, replaced them, and the brake feel is fixed. Brake travel is a little longer, but allows great progressive feel on braking. Braking power is very good indeed.
