Gas mileage will probably be a little less since the tires are wider, nothing really noticeable though. If lowered on coilovers you'd probably need shortened swaybar endlinks to prevent preload on the front swaybar. I don't have any yet, but they're next on the list. Other than that there should be no issues at all.
