I'm having the same issue. It started after I installed a catless downpipe and started running BM3 stage 2 93 octane (AGG).
Would you be able to describe in greater detail what you had to tighten, how you got to it, etc.? I know where the fuel rail is and I have diagrams of system itself, but I'm in no way familiar with either... Help would be greatly appreciated.
