If your manual says use 0W do so. If not, don't. Many dealers have made the decision to go 0W across the board, because that way they only have to stock one SKU rather than two or three.

'Better' has nothing to do with the oil weight. What does is debatable, which is why there are threads that seemingly go on forever on the subject.
