Just a feedback about this issue.
After so many hours of research, I finally found where the problem was (E-Sys crashing right after launching with Launcher Pro) and it was rather unexpected.
Based on E-Sys log files, I quickly realized that I was facing a Java error but it took me a long time to find the source.
Microsoft having decided to slowly kill the original control panel, I recently installed the "God Mode" folder of W10 and here was the fatal error:

In short:
don’t ever activate the "God Mode" folder with E-Sys !
