Basically, they are hit & miss as they are normally made in China where the quality control is questionable. That's why they are cheap.
Other shops basically sell the same thing, more or less with similar or more selections of styles but they all come from the few distributors.
In general, if you encounter any issue with the first little while with them, Simply tires will usually try to resolve the matter with you ASAP. That's one of the reason why they are pretty reputable and lots of people go there for their decent & fair pricing.
Since wheels are very personal to some, it's hard for me to tell others what to buy as the costs may not fit the person's budget. Therefore, just take your time and visit a few shops to get the quotes and ask questions. Alternatively, since you have so much time to look for wheels, why not search on this thread to see who wants to sell their oem stock wheels, perhaps, you may be able to find a good set that is not used a whole lot.
