Its a pain in the ass to get to if you cant properly get under your car but easy to see from the back if you follow the drive shaft an it's right above the heat shield I believe.

Check the ebrake tube because I has the same noise after installing the M-LSD but have heard that after time the tab on the ebrake cable breaks.
