Without Adaptive suspension XDrive 3er cars come with stock non-sport suspension which are on the softer side.

According to the dyno numbers your 2010 S4 made more power at the wheel than the 2018 B9 S4.
So you bought the wrong car. You should have bought the 340i which makes a lot more power than the B9 S4 and about the same power as your 2010 S4 at the wheels. With the MPPSK it is no contest.
