I just noticed this as my RTTI is due for renewal around Black Friday and it says I will not be able to renew it alone now and have to buy Connected Booster L. Currently it doesnt let me choose Connected Booster M which would be the one I would want as I dont need the other L parts. Will have to see what is available come RTTI renewal time. Disappointing really as I previously only took the map updates every other year but I suppose BMW have realised this!
This may make me think about the MMI route to Carplay now as @£79 per year I would break even after 3 years not renewing with BMW.
