Thanks for update, reading the "At a glance" it states regular map updates but the "Services include" it isn't mentioned. Lets hope what you have been told from Connected Drive Team is correct.
UPDATE. Just reading the packages again Option M also states regular map updates in the "At a glance" When will BMW have clear information for customers !
