I believe the dealer put 0w-20 in my January 2015 build 428i...I could "feel" the engine some more..wasn't as smooth as 5w-30 but it's a lease so it stays in. Now my 2013 x1 (n20 engine) had 0w-30 (dealer changed oil) in it for about 2 weeks then I took it out and went back to 5w-30...engine is much smoother and I have 104000 US miles so I'm sticking with 5w-30. just my 2cents
