EDIT: After a quick Google search, I see Ocean Pkwy is a long ass road. Looks like it could be fairly deserted at certain hours.

I'm from Long Island. I believe it's next to/in the vicinity of Jones Beach. The roads there are almost always deserted in the winter time and little to no cops. Extremely long, straight highway with nothing for miles. But yeah, its probably the only road like that on Long Island. Probably the safest place you can pull off something like that.
