No, sorry. PSdZData versions since 54.1 were not made available due to BMW AG's Trimming of CAFD files starting in 54.2.
The latest GNDB for Europe, which was just released actually, is Gracenote-DB for NBT/NBT-EVO 03/2015 Europe, but I am not aware of any link for it.
