Remove the underpanel, the intercooler itself is only held in by two torx (I believe) screws and then you just remove the two pipes. Done. |
Little more to it then that but pretty much. He's gonna struggle with the 2 plastic clips that hold the horseshoe clip on the inlet pipes. This has to be removed as well before just dropping down. Also highly highly suggest replacing the o rings if you have any type of mileage north of 35-40k especially pushing harder boost.
Boost leaks will plague you to death. Do the o rings while the intercooler is down. |
Less than 10k miles here. For $200 can't really go wrong.
