Awesome find! Looks like they fit pretty well on the car too, and they mention no rubbing later in the thread.
If that's the case, this looks like a pretty solid fitment for the F30 platform, as long as narrower 245 tires are used up front. Because it's such an aggressive fitment up front, we suggest being prepared to add camber plates to prevent any possible rubbing if necessary, and to just be aware that some tires run a bit wider than others.
Aside from that, be sure to post some photos when you get them mounted!
