I tried to measure the oil level with the temperature up 125 °C and it works.
To check the oil temperature you have to access the hiden menu, pressing the button in the panel during ~7 seconds, after unlock the other options (the password is the sum of the last 5 VIN numbers).
I tried many times and i only can discover it because the comments below.
