Is it the general consensus that CPO cars don’t have any paintwork or accidents or other issues? Are they reviewed for modifications like louder exhaust, etc.? I am also considering buying CPO cars and having them shipped but this seems risky to me since I will have already paid for the car before I get to see it in person.
