If you want a bit more margin against rubbing since you will run 45-profil tires just choose 5mm higher offsets front and rear.
F: 8x18" ET35, 245/45-18
R: 8.5x18" ET40, 255/45-18
And you should not add spacers since they push the wheels further outwards which means the risk of rubbing increases.
