Betting not many of those who’ve replied have ever used helicoils. Widely used in many critical applications, including wheel hubs:

Thoroughly clean the cutting oil out of the newly tapped holes. Apply red Loctite and let it cure. Light coat of oil on the studs to ensure they don’t contact/lock-up with the Loctite.
