I had a somewhat similar problem and Fred at ER made it right.
An inconvenience but sometimes sh*t happens.
Both vendor and manufacturer are stand-up guys. It will be taken care of.
I have both the ER intercooler and charge pipe, and drive the car hard on track days. Very pleased with my ER products. Enjoy.
