I'm still having problems connecting even though I followed their guide to the letter. They keep saying follow the guide but me and a dozen other guys have the same exact problem and their support is extremely slow.

It pops up "Sorry, xDelete can't connect to your car, make sure ignition is on" even though it is on and IP is set to theirs.

I believe they haven't gotten the support of all xDrive ECU versions yet.

I'm pretty close to asking for a refund or selling my license if they don't offer it.
