I think you're on the wrong forum.
At any rate, I just went though the florescent fixtures in my house and replaced all the F40 and F34 magnetic ballasts with electronic, so I can use T8 LED tubes. However, T8 tubes come in both florescent and LED versions. If you're using T8 florescent then F34 magnetic ballasts are OK. If you're using T8 LED tubes you need electronic ballasts.
