Okay so the latest on this now..

I tried contacting them multiple times since Saturday morning and received nothing, my messages where read and opened though. So I started a PayPal dispute, not to be a total PITA but mainly to try and grab their attention, and that did the trick.

They finally replied back to me and credit to them; they are going to take a couple of days to build some new ones and ship them out to me. I guess we'll await to see what those are like.
