Anybody know why this doesn’t work anymore?

Change the triple blinker blinks to any amount. (Value is XX + 1).
When I tried to change it yesterday, the stock setting is now 00. It is not 02 as noted. I tried to change it to 04, but still only get 3 flashes. I’m going for 5. Do I need to change it to 06?
