I'm a recent transplant to the Seattle area. I've purchased a few BMWs in my time and try to purchase locally. I normally go with BMW Center of Excellence dealers (Peter Pan BMW when I lived in the SF Bay Area and BMW Ridgefield when I lived in CT) because the sales and service are always great at any Center of Excellence award winner.

So, I reached out to my local dealers in the Seattle area to purchase a new BMW 330xi for my wife. The dealers in the Seattle area were less than helpful. I saw a post by David Padgalskas at Portland BMW so I decided to email him. After seriously 3 emails, we came to an amazing deal and I was on a flight the next morning to go pick it up. Everything was super smooth and painless.

All car purchases should be so smooth.
