That's wrong, they are zinc coated. Ofcourse theres no coating after use.The brake pads wipe it off completely. My pagid rotors are coated, even the aluminum hub. The dimples still rust out.

I just repeated what he told me about his dimpled rotors not being zinc coated, and what I saw with rust in all of the dimple holes. Brake pads wipe any coating off the rotor surface but how could a flat pad surface possibly wipe the zinc coating out of dimpled holes? Doesn't make sense.
