Yes of course to some extent, it's only natural as cars age. The question is whether it will carry the same prestige as certain enthusiast platforms such as the E39 and E46. Certain older BMWs are practically revered when they are kept in good shape over the years because of the impact they had when they were new but I think we're a little ways away from knowing the staying power of the F3x.
