Sorry for the late reply.
The inlets are 67mm, will install the tips next week and will update you on how they turn out. Got the 4" tips, the 4.5 would likely not have fit, the diffuser seems to be just above 4". Be careful, most youtube videos show mperformance tips are just a screw away from removal, turns out mine were welded by BMW
