A cat back will do nothing except not sound very good and probably annoy your neighbours, if the wave flow changes you could lose power, the meaningful restrictions in your exhaust are the cats not the back box.
You'll need a full system with reduced cell cats and then a remap tuned to that to get any real gains over and above what you already have.
