wheel bearing f30?

I have a 2015 BMW 335i xDrive and I’ve been chasing a humming/vibration noise for a while now and I’m honestly stuck at this point. The noise is present from around 20 mph and just gets louder with speed. The weird part is it consistently gets louder when I turn slightly left and quieter when I turn right, so it seems like it’s coming from the right side.

What’s throwing me off is that it sounds like it’s coming from the front right inside the cabin. Because of that, I replaced the front right wheel bearing, but it made absolutely no difference — the noise is still there and sounds like it’s coming from the same spot.

I also checked tire wear and found the rear tires are uneven. Rear right is about 4/6/6 and rear left is 2/4/4 (outer to inner), so there’s definitely some wear there. I also found that the rear right toe arm bushing is completely blown, so I know alignment is off. I tried swapping the rear tires left to right to see if the noise would move, but it didn’t change at all — still louder on left turns and quieter on right.

I did a spin test on all wheels and didn’t feel any obvious play, just normal pad drag noise. I know that doesn’t always rule out a bearing though. I also hear the noise at lower speeds around 20 mph, just quieter, and it builds with speed.

On top of that, I do have some vibration when braking, but my front pads and rotors are new and the rears are just pads (rotors are older), so I’m assuming that’s a separate issue.

At this point I’m confused because:
• It sounds like front right
• Front right bearing is already replaced
• Tire swap didn’t move the noise
• Load test still points to the right side

Could this still be a rear bearing even if it sounds like it’s coming from the front? Or is there something else on the right side I should be checking before throwing another bearing at it?

Any help would be appreciated because I feel like I’m going in circles now.

There could be multiple problems collaborating together. Your vehicle is xDrive. So there is are additional rotational components that could contribute to the noise in the fron: front differential being one. Low fluid can be the culprit.

Suspension components could also be worn. Uneven tire wear suggests that.

Suggest to take the vehicle to an experienced shop.
