Exclamation BT Pair Not Activated Help

Bought this car a year ago and it came like this.

Somehow managed to fix it back then.

Just yesterday bluetooth didn't want to connect so I factory reset and I don't know how I fixed it.

Back at this 'not activated' issue.

How do I fix this issue?
I've tried factory reset, disabling BT and ZLINK.

I cannot upgrade my MCU or OTA as I cannot find the USB cable and the thing doesn't want to pop off.

^what he said. The previous owner upgraded that Android head unit software to a newer version that wasn't licensed. Check out the Android 10 HU discussion forum. It will have a link to get the software for it.
