If you are after a cheap(ish) mitt, I'd go for a Kent. It beat quite a few here including a Meguiar’s Microfiber Wash Mitt and Meguiar's lambs wool mitt.

Picked up a few noodle mitts when B & Q were selling them for £2 each a few months ago. I have never used them yet, as i use the lambswool mitt.
Motor is due a wash. Supposed to be dry this weekend, so may possibly try the noodle mitts |

Noodle mitts are great and cheaper than lambs wool. I would use them for a while, washing then after each use in just a cold rinse cycle with no detergent. Then after 3 or 4 months relegate them for use on the alloys and use a new one on the car body.

Prefer the lambs wool ones myself, softer and kinder to the paint surface. Use two or three on the car depending on which area of the car I'm washing at that stage.

I use these for the wheel mostly, I have a detailing supplier down the bottom of my road and he gives me lambs wool ones cheap as chips.
I use the noodle mitts for wheel and lower skirts to get rid of any crud, never used them on the body work tbh.

Once they are used a few times, i use them on the alloys, saves getting my hands scratched on the brake discs. |
