Hey, chrome is still better than the cheap, plasticky matte black on mine.

If it's 3M, then it's a good product that lasts. My daughter did chrome trim wrapping on her car. Looks ok -- there is a bunch of skill involved with the process to make it look seamless.

You should do a black gloss wrap since BMW shadow line trim is gloss black. Either will work though.

What material is the trim? Rubber or plastic? Isn’t it easier and more cost effective to paint it?
