Drivetrain Malfunction screen after CP installation

2015 335xi. Two weeks ago I installed a Stage 1 and it ran perfectly. With much encouragement, I purchased a FTP charge pipe and installed it 2 days ago and it started going into drivetrain malfunction mode within a few miles. It clears by restarting it but reappears when the car is accelerated moderately.

I carefully checked all hose connects and the sensor mounting and it all looks fine. The only thing I can't see is the connection to the intercooler and that looked perfect when it was installed and it's not like those pipes could move away even is there were no clips holding them.

I own Bimmerlink. Can that help?

Any ideas....

Any codes? Seems like it's related to the charge pipe

was their a bung or opening on the charge pipe? some charge pipes have an opening on them in case you want to do injection, maybe check that it's tightened/sealed there?

Two small well sealed ports.

Codes pointed at leaks in the charge air system. Between Turbo and throttle body.

Back to the lift. Found that the two connections to the intercooler were not correctly clipped. We has a lot of trouble getting the intercooler back in the first time and when we finally did it we were sloppy about the connects. It's fixed now and running perfectly.
