Dilemma : springs & ARB or LSD, which ?

I can't decide whether to give my remapped MSport 330D E91 a present from Santa.
The effects are very different obviously but if you had to make a choice would you go for a Birds LSD or a set of Eibach springs and ARBs?
The LSD is a lot more expensive. I could install the springs & ARBs myself and then go for a KDS setup.

Springs and ARBs. Rear arb can be a bit of pain to change without a ramp

Rear Antiroll bar involves dropping rear subframe. I found upgrading the dampers/springs made a bigger difference to the car compared to just having the LSD done.

Garage List
Are ARBs really a DIY job? I did my own springs and dampers, and I do my own servicing, but the thought of dropping the subframe is a bit daunting...

Edit: AND is it worth changing the subframe bushes while it's dropped? Or does that need specialist kit?
