Where to find all SIB's by VIN

Anyone know where this can be found? I have found one for the windshield, grommet in the door and intake camshaft. There must be others.

AFAIK, the SIBs are only available in their entirety on BMW's TIS, which is where all the dealers and independent service shops get it. Costs major $ to access.
