Hello, I have a problem with a 10.25" Android 7.1 px3 screen and no matter how much I have searched I have not been able to find a solution.
One day when I started the car, the AUX and the BLUETOOTH stopped working, I have spoken with the store that sold the screen and they sent me an update file but when installing it, everything remains exactly the same.
It tells me that we will have to throw away the screen and buy something else that I do not understand that a software failure cannot be fixed
Is there any way to reset it to factory settings? I find it incredible that something that should be very simple cannot be done.

Hello, I have managed to configure the bluetooth but it is impossible for me to configure the auxiliary audio output, I have the original radiocd and I do not have a power amplifier.

Does anyone know of all the options I have, which one needs to be changed to make it ring again?

Is it possible to get the latest software for the PX3 with ID6? It is how the original screen came to me and I am not able to get it anywhere

Hello, it may be because I am using a translator.
I just want to put back the factory software that my android screen had, nothing more, because an older version has been installed and it has changed me from ID6 to ID5.
I need the most updated software possible since where I bought it they are not able to get the one that came from origin

Hi Johanson,
I was wondering if you find a solution as I'm facing exact same issue. For some reason, the unit reset to factory settings, and the Bluetooth is not functioning anymore. Additionally, the main app looks different now, and the device name changed from GocAndroid to Car Kit.
