AC Schnitzer ACS1 35i demo car

This is our new demo car, "Green Hell" Edition M135i in individual San Remo Green supplied by Tony Lewis @trldeals

It has:
20" AC4 flow-formed wheels in bi-colour or gloss black (both are shown) with Michelin PS4S 235/30/30 and TPMS
RS adjustable suspension
Front splitter
Roof spoiler insert
Sports exhaust with carbon tailpipes
Shift paddle set

Yet to add: Pedal set, 35i decal and rear bumper protection strip.

No performance upgrade on this model as the Asin gearbox isn't up to the 20% increase we would want.

It does look nicer in the sun so I'll post some better pics soon. Various mags will be driving it and I'll also be doing a dealer tour around the UK so get in touch if you'd like to see it or try it. Looks like it's sold already though.

I do like that colour. It's like a darker version of Sonoma green that Audi do.

I think it's because the green can look pretty dark in some light.

Normally I prefer silver.

Yes but also the side skirts, rear diffuser and window frames are gloss black, so they fit in. Must keep the tyres blacked though, as black wheels and grey tyres isn't a good look IMO. Black wheels are also much easier to repair than diamond cut in case of kerb incidents.

That looks awesome! Never been a fan of Aisin 'boxes since my Volvo days. Same was true then of the autos, it's as if they take the manufacturer's spec and then build it to deal with that and that only. No leeway. My gearbox in my old Volvo with a stupid remap and hybrid turbo was literally eating itself to the point I was having to do a fluid flush on the box every month to get rid of the swarf

Garage List
Nicely stanced car. Probably in a minority here as I prefer the silver wheels. Generally speaking I don't like black wheels mainly because from a distance you lose all the detail and they all look similar. Silver stands out so much more, but I appreciate it's a personal thing

Schnitzer said the M135i box would take another 15-20hp, but that's not a selling proposition for us.

Looks great, I really like those wheels but wouldn't want to hit a pothole with them.

sure it was that colour and not the Alpina green? that does look fab - along with the alpina blue!

But I'd still pick the metallic red....

Not sure at all when I saw it I thought it was an alpina green, and then saw this thread and thought it was this.

I'm not as up on my Alpinas as some folk

Never liked the Aisin box in my old 25D X1. Very sluggish and never felt like it was in the right gear approaching roundabouts. Bit of a shock after the 2 cars before had the XF 8 speed units.

The San Remo Green is lovely…
I’m looking at a M135i now via the BMW forces scheme….
I can’t see San Remo Green on teh individual configurator tho…
https://visualizer.bmw-individual.co...=en&dc=1-1#top

Is it a custom custom colour?

No, just individual ordered by Tony Lewis. I'll be in Glasgow at Ecotune and Douglas Park sometime in the next few weeks if you want to see it.
