Help with wheel fitment.

I'm looking to fit in a set of te37 sl. I'm looking at this squared set of 18x9.5 et 38. I have a rwd f30 340i with track and handling package if that makes any difference. After some research it looks like these will fit but I just want to make double sure. Thank you.

the rears will fit fine, however the front will require a minimum 3mm spacer to for the inner rim lip to clear the strut.

this is how close 9.5" ET35 is to the strut...

.
Bet how does the outside lip fit to the fender? Will I be fine on that side with a 3-5mm spacer? Thinking of going with a 245/40 front tire

i'd use a 5mm for certainty and 255/40/18 for more grip and just a light stretch on 9.5"
.

Okay got it. Will I have any issues on stock suspension since I seen some of you have coil overs?
