B47 320d Xdrive Transfer Case and Diff Service

Hi all, question regarding my b47 320d xdrive:

I am looking to service the transfer case and diff @ 121k miles:

Can I use Liqui Moly Fully Synthetic 75W90 GL-5 Gear / Differential Oil
and BMW Transfer Case / Transfer Box Oil DTF 1 83222409710

And how many litres of each should I use? Planning to supply the fluids to local garage to undertake the work

Yes you can
In diffs goes about 1.5L (combine), and in transfer case, I think about 0.8L
