Live fuse only with engine running

Is there a fuse which is only live with the engine running? I need one to tap into for a secondary battery split charge solenoid.

Use a DMM to search them out.

Checked with a multimeter, there all live with the engine not running.

Any ideas?

I've never checked it, not having a reason to. Most fuses are only active when the accessory circuit is active.
