Will these wheels fit?
Rims Size: 20 X 8.5" fronts & 20 X 10" rears
Bolt Pattern: 5 X 120 Offset: 15 mm fronts & 20 mm rears Hub Bore: 74.1 They are Monza wheels.... absolutely stunning. Also, what size tires would you all recommend on a 2012 f30 sport lowered on HR Sport?

Highly doubtful. Way to wide in the back and probably .5 in too wide up front. You might get the fronts to work but you will scrape up the wheel well when turning. Stick with 8" up front, 8.5" rear.

I should rephrase.... I know the width is fine. There are members with 10.5 rear and 9 up front. I am concerned about the offset more or less. Thanks for the reply though!

I should ask what is the recommended offset range for the F30 front and rear with an 8.5 front and 10 rear.

The 15mm and 20mm offsets will be poking out. I ran a 20x10.5 +45 rear and fits flush the 20x10 +38 as well. The front 8.5 or 9 with a 35 or 8 with a 32 should be ok but you will need mud flaps with the low offset, that is for a 5or7 series.

So what tire width are you recommending for 20x9 +35 front and 20x10 +38 rear? 225/35, 255/30 or 245/30, 285/25?

I'm no expert, but just running through some experimental tire sizes vs those rims, I believe that 255/30's are probably the smallest you can fit on a 10" rim (most 255's don't need more than 9.5"), though it would work much better with 265's or 275's. You might have problems fitting the 275s in the wheel wells depending on your suspension and brakes. In the front you'd probably want to stay with 235/35's or larger with the 9" rim, 245's are about as big as you can go up front though, with the same potential issues as the 275's.
